AHC nurses visit patients as needed, as often as they need, at a minimum of one time per week.
Nurses are on-call 24/7, on weekends and holidays to address patients’ needs.
Nurses work with the Medical Director to tailor a plan of care to meet each patients’ unique needs.
Nurses work with patients’ caregivers/families to ensure they feel secure in caring for their loved one
Medical Director Services
The AHC Medical Director is a physician who helps oversee the care of the patient. The patient can choose to stay under the care of their primary physician or come under the care of the AHC Medical Director.
The Medical Director is on-call 24/7 to make medication and dosage changes.
The Medical Director works with the nursing staff to tailor a unique plan of care to meet each patients’ unique needs.
